1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Be With You website and services (together, the "Service"), operated by Drisk Cover Private Limited ("Drisk Cover", "we", "us", or "our"), a company based in India. By joining our waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the service

Be With You gives users phone access to AI voice companions, currently Osho and Alan, for conversation and companionship. Drisk Cover provides and operates this platform. The companions are automated and do not provide medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment of any kind.

3. Not a substitute for emergency care

Be With You is not designed for and must not be used in a crisis or emergency, and it is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, or are at risk of harming yourself or others, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

4. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Calls and balance

Calls are placed directly by phone and billed per minute against the balance on your account. There is no booking or scheduling involved. Refunds for unused balance are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Fees and payment

Per-minute rates and top-up amounts are displayed in your account dashboard. Payments are processed through secure third party payment providers. Prices may change from time to time, and any changes will be communicated before they take effect.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Use the Service lawfully and respectfully.
  • Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
  • Do not use the Service to impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including the Be With You name, logo, and design, is owned by Drisk Cover Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drisk Cover Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
