Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Our approach
We want paying for calls to feel as straightforward as possible. This policy explains how top-ups, balance, cancellation, and refunds work for Be With You, operated by Drisk Cover Private Limited, and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. How billing works
There are no sessions to book and nothing to cancel in the ordinary sense. You add credit to your account balance, and each call is billed by the minute against that balance for as long as the call lasts.
3. Cancelling autopay
If you have an active weekly autopay recharge, you can cancel it at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops future recharges; it does not affect any balance already credited to your account, which remains usable.
4. Unused balance
If you have credit remaining on your account and wish to close it, we will refund the unused balance to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of your request.
5. Dissatisfaction with a call
If a call did not go the way you expected due to a technical problem on our end, tell us within 48 hours of the call and we will review it and, where warranted, refund the minutes charged.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and typically appear within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Non refundable items
Minutes already used on a completed call are not eligible for a refund, outside of the technical-issue exception above.
8. How to request a refund or cancellation
Write to us at contact@bewithyou.co or call +91 92179 12167 with your account phone number and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within two business days. See our Support page for our registered address.
9. Governing law and your statutory rights
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. If you are accessing the Service from the United States, this policy is also intended to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer-protection law (including FTC guidance on refunds). Nothing in this policy limits any statutory cancellation or refund right you have under the law of your jurisdiction; where such a right is broader than what is stated here, that law governs instead.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
